Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU), Dudhola (Palwal), India’s first Government Skill University established by the Government of Haryana Act 25, 2016, invites offline applications from eligible applicants for the engagement of Skill Instructors purely on a contractual basis for one academic session (2025-26).

Period of Contract: The initial period of contract will be for one Academic session (2025-26) or until a regular employee joins, whichever is earlier.
Salary: Consolidated Salary of ₹ 35,400/- per month.
The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to the matric level is essential.
The required qualifications and experience will be determined as of the last date of receipt of the application (details in Annexure A).
Application Fees:
General Category: ₹ 1000/-
Others: ₹ 250/- (SC/DSC/BC/ESM/Women/EWS of Haryana only)
Physically Disabled: Exempted from fees.
Note: Fees must be paid online at https://forms.eduqfix.com/svsurectff/add. The payment slip must be enclosed with the application form. The benefit of reservation and fee concession is only for domiciles of Haryana State. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
The engagement is subject to directions issued by the Government of Haryana. The contract may be terminated by the university without assigning any reason.
A separate application form with the prescribed fee is required for each post.
All qualifications must be from recognized Boards/Universities/Institutes.
If a Grade Point System is used, the applicant must provide the relevant document for converting CGPA into equivalent marks.
Reservation is applicable as per Haryana Government norms. Applicable certificates must be enclosed.
A relaxation of 5% in marks in the minimum qualifying examination will be allowed to SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates.
Reserved category candidates will be considered against the General category as per government norms.
Candidates claiming benefits under ESM/ESP/PWD categories must also fill in their primary category (General/SC/BC-A/BC-B).
Reservation benefits are only for Haryana domiciles. Certificates must be issued by the competent authority of the Government of Haryana. For women, certificates must be from the parental side, not the in-laws' side.
No change in category is allowed after the submission of the application form.
The University may conduct a written test/skill test for shortlisting candidates.
Selection Procedure:
Written Test: 50% weightage
Skill Test: 50% weightage
The qualifying percentage is 40% (38% for SC/ST/PWD). Candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for the skill test. The final merit list will be based on the composite score.
The scheme and syllabus for the tests will be uploaded on the university website.
Mere possession of minimum qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for the test.
Original documents must be produced for verification.
The number of vacancies may increase or decrease at the discretion of the University.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending any test.
Degrees from open Universities/Distance Education Mode must be recognized by the Distance Education Council, IGNOU.
Incomplete applications or those without the required fee and documents will be rejected.
Experience will be counted only after obtaining the prescribed essential qualification.
Concealment of facts or providing wrong information will result in cancellation of candidature and legal action.
Candidates must visit the university website regularly for updates. No information will be published in newspapers.
No correspondence regarding the result or reasons for not being called for the test will be entertained.
The University's decision on relevant/allied disciplines shall be final.
Selections for any posts under judicial consideration will be subject to the final outcome of the writ petitions.
Appearing in a test does not confirm any right of appointment.
Contractual employees are not entitled to allowances, gratuity, etc., as admissible to regular employees.
The University reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication or the entire recruitment process at any stage.
All disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of Palwal Court only.
Selected candidates must submit an affidavit on ₹100 stamp paper (format in Annexure-B) before joining.
