The Meghalaya State Watershed & Wasteland Development Agency (MSWWDA), under the Climate Adaptive Community-Based Water Harvesting Project in Meghalaya (an externally aided project funded by the Asian Development Bank), invites online applications from eligible candidates in the prescribed format for the following contractual positions for a period of 1 year, extendable based on work performance.
1. Position Details
1.1 Manager (Procurement) – 1 Post
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Purchase/Material Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, Inventory & Logistics, Commerce, or Business and Financial Management.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Purchase, Procurement & Supply Chain, Inventory and Logistic Management.
Desired Experience:
At least 5 years in procurement/contract management under externally aided projects (IFAD, World Bank, JICA, ADB, etc.)
Familiarity with State/GoI Financial Rules (GFR 2017)
Experience in EOI, RFP, RFQ, bid document preparation, contract drafting and evaluation
Expertise in managing contracts (item rate, consultancy, etc.)
Essential Skills:
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Analytical and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Financial and leadership skills, especially in budgeting
Place of Posting: Shillong (SPMU)
Monthly Emolument: ₹35,700/-
1.2 Programme Associate (Finance & Accounts) – 1 Post
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accountancy, BBA or MBA in Finance, Accounting & Financial Management
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in accounting, taxation, and financial management
Preferably with knowledge of computerized accounting (Tally – latest version)
Skills:
Good communication skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheet, and data handling
Place of Posting: Shillong (SPMU)
Monthly Emolument: ₹23,000/-
2. Age Limit
Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 37 years
