Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU), Dudhola (Palwal), India's first Government Skill University established by the Government of Haryana Act 25, 2016, is conducting walk-in interviews for the recruitment of the following posts on a contractual basis. The initial contract period is six months, extendable based on performance.

Eligibility and Qualification/Experience for Posts

1. Junior Engineer - Civil

  • Qualification/Experience:

    1. B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Allied Branch from an AICTE approved institution in Regular mode with 60% marks and 2 years of experience in Civil works in Government/Public/Private organizations. OR B.Voc degree with 55% marks in Civil or allied branch with a skill certificate in at least one QP in the relevant field of NSQF Level 4 or above from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution/University on a full-time regular mode basis, with 3 years' experience of Civil works in Government/Public/Private organizations. OR Three years' Diploma (Regular Mode) with 60% marks in Civil Engineering/allied branch from a recognized Institution with 5 years' experience of Civil works in Government/Public/Private organizations.

    2. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or at a higher level.

2. Junior Engineer - Electrical

  • Qualification/Experience:

    1. B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Allied Branch from an AICTE approved institution in Regular mode with 60% marks and 2 years of experience in Electrical works in Government/Public/Private organizations. OR B.Voc degree with 55% marks in Electrical or allied branch with a skill certificate in at least one QP in the relevant field of NSQF Level 4 or above from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution/University on a full-time regular mode basis, with 3 years' experience of Electrical works in Government/Public/Private organizations. OR Three years' Diploma (Regular Mode) with 60% marks in Electrical Engineering/allied branch from a recognized Institution with 5 years' experience of Electrical works in Government/Public/Private organizations.

    2. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or at a higher level.

General Terms & Conditions (For all posts)

  1. Citizenship: The candidate must be a citizen of India.

  2. Application Fees:

    • For General category: Rs. 1000/-

    • Others (Scheduled Castes/Backward Classes/Ex-Service Men/Women/EWS): Rs. 250/-

    • Physically Disabled: Exempted from fees.

    • Note: Application fees shall be paid through online mode: https://forms.eduqfix.com/svsurectff/add. The payment slip must be enclosed with the application form.

  3. Persons with Disabilities (PwD): Candidates belonging to the PH (PwD) category must enclose necessary certificates from a Competent Authority, clearly mentioning the type of disabilities as defined in the Govt. letter dated 25.04.2018.

  4. Contractual Appointment: The appointment is subject to directions issued by the Government of Haryana regarding contractual appointments. No claim for regularization/extension of contract will be entertained.

  5. Separate Applications: A separate application form with the prescribed fee is required to be submitted offline for each post.

  6. Language Proficiency: Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to matric level is essential.

  7. Eligibility Date: Required qualification and relevant experience for eligibility will be determined as on the last date of receipt of application.

  8. Recognized Qualifications: All qualifications must be obtained from recognized Boards/Universities/Institutes. Qualifications from fake or unrecognized institutions will not be considered.

  9. CGPA Conversion: If a Grade Point System is adopted, the CGPA will be converted into equivalent marks. Relevant conversion documents must be provided with the application form.

  10. Minimum Qualifications: The prescribed essential qualifications and experience are bare minimum. Mere possession of these does not guarantee a call for a written test/interview.

  11. Shortlisting: The University may conduct a written test/skill test for shortlisting candidates, if required.

  12. Vacancy Changes: The vacancy shown in the advertisement is indicative and may increase or decrease at the discretion of the University at the time of selection. The University reserves the right not to fill the advertised post without assigning any reason.

  13. TA/DA: No TA/DA is payable for attending any test/interview.

  14. Distance Education Degrees: Degrees obtained through Open Universities/Distance Education Mode must be recognized by the Distance Education Council, IGNOU, for the period when the candidates acquired the relevant qualification. Otherwise, they will not be accepted.

  15. Incomplete Applications: Applications not supported with the required application fee, self-attested copies of certificates/testimonials, or received without the prescribed fee or after the last date, will be rejected. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

  16. Experience Calculation: The period of experience will be counted only after obtaining the prescribed essential qualification. Experience certificates must clearly state the period of work, designation with pay scale/pay band with grade pay/pay level, and be supported by salary slip/PF statement/Form 16/Bank Statement or any other valid proof of salary paid.

  17. Misinformation: Concealment of facts or supply of wrong information will result in cancellation of candidature at any time, in addition to legal action.

  18. University Website: Candidates are advised to keep visiting the University website for related updates, including any corrigendum/addendum, date of test/interview/list of shortlisted candidates. No information regarding this advertisement will be published in newspapers.

  19. Correspondence: No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates regarding the conduct/result of the interview or the reason for not being called for an interview.

  20. Ineligibility: A candidate found ineligible at any stage of selection will have their candidature summarily cancelled.

  21. Sub-judice Posts: For all posts/positions that are sub-judice before Hon’ble Court through Writ Petitions, the final selection will be as per the final outcome of the Writ Petitions.

  22. No Right to Appointment: Merely appearing in an interview shall not confirm any right of appointment/selection.

  23. Benefits for Contractual Faculty: Contractual faculty will not be given the benefits of allowances, provisions, and gratuity etc., admissible to regular employees.

  24. University's Right to Modify: In case of any inadvertent mistake in the selection process, which may be detected at any stage even after issuing the appointment letter, the University reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the applicant in this regard.
